The Slough ChangeUp Consortium Local Infrastructure Development Plan has now been published. Having been six months in the making, the report presents crucial issues that need to be addressed for the future development of Voluntary and Community Organisations in Slough. The Additional Support Programme (ASP) looks at the needs faced by BME (Black and Minority Ethnic) groups and will be published shortly.
